DALE F. HALTON THEATER
A spectacular 1020-seat venue built in the style of a 19th Century opera house, the Dale F. Halton Theater boasts a 2500 square foot stage with a sprung floor, a full fly house, an orchestra pit for 30 instrumentalists with a stage lift, and a custom-designed Wenger orchestra shell. Comfortable sloped seating, balcony and box seats provide perfect viewing from every seat. With a 22' by 34' projection screen and a surround sound system, the Halton is also perfect for film and video presentations. Spacious dressing rooms, scenery and costume shops, and a 2000 square foot rehearsal hall add to the superb function of the venue.
 
 
 
 
 
PARR CENTER THEATER
This modern and elegant theater with capacity for 435 opened in the summer of 2022 in the Parr Center on Central Campus. Technically versatile, the stage is 37 feet across with 26 feet between the main curtain and back wall. The theater has full digital audio and lighting capabilities. Perfect for any style event, this space includes a plug-and-play podium for presentations, video conferencing, streaming capabilities, and confidence monitors for presenters. There are four dressing rooms and a lobby featuring the Pauline Dove Gallery, a full box office, and concession stand is available as a standalone or companion rental space for receptions.

TATE HALL
Barbara and Allen Tate Hall is a perfect recital hall that features smart-classroom capabilities. This lovely hall is versatile and can be used for recitals, lectures, film screenings and interview panels. With seating for 144, it features brilliant acoustics with panels and adjustable acoustic curtains. A brilliant 12,000-lumen projector and accompanying 9'x12' screen complete the space for your presentation needs.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
GEORGIA TUCKER
FINE ARTS HALL
Georgia Tucker Fine Arts Hall is located on Central Piedmont's Levine Campus in Matthews. The 2,300 square-foot two story facility serves to connect the audience to the performers in a purposeful and uninterrupted way. The flex space, featuring theatrical LED lighting and 130 retractable seats, provides a venue for artists, educators, and creatives to perform, rehearse, audition, and teach. Dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows line one side of this hall, overlooking the campus lake. Triple layer curtains can be used to achieve a total black-out effect for theatrical use.

OUTDOOR
 
 
CATO AMPHITHEATER
Perfect for outdoor plays and concerts, the amphitheater has stadium type seating in a horseshoe shape around a central plaza with superb natural acoustics.  The space offers ample lighting at night, and electrical outlets are available throughout the theater. Parking is plentiful with a short walk across a tree-lined bridge to the amphitheater. Seating up to 200.
 
 
BELK PLAZA
For outdoor casual meetings and receptions, this plaza is a patio-style area adjacent to the Little Sugar Creek Greenway. It makes a great staging area for festivals and start/end space for run/walks.

Visit the Harris Conference Center website to view facilities available at Central Piedmont's full-service conference and events center located on Harris Campus. With over 12,000 square feet of rental space, Harris Conference Center can accommodate meetings for groups from 5 to 500.
