Performance Facilities will place your tickets on sale on our website tix.cpcc.edu/ upcoming-events
Please provide a description of your event for the tix.cpcc.edu website not to exceed three hundred words including spacing and punctuation. If you are using the name of the college, refer to us as Central Piedmont or Central Piedmont Community College. We no longer use CPCC. Remember that the website has the date, time and location of your event and it does not need to be duplicated in the website graphic. 

Guidelines for the website: One high-res image or graphic with a headline title.
Do not submit flyers with small text that is illegible.
We will not be able to place you in our newsletter if it contains text other than the title and image.

REQUIRED IMAGE SIZE: 530 WIDTH X 310 HEIGHT (pixels)

If you are promoting on your own website or creating flyers, refer to the college as Central Piedmont Community College or Central Piedmont.
This helps search engines and patrons find your event at our college.
We will not post any graphics that use the CPCC language.

The following information will be used to sell tickets on the Etix platform.

Ticket Text

Please indicate what you would want the following lines to read

The first line announces the presenter of the event.
Line One : no more than 30 characters (if 10 pt) or 20 characters (if 12 pt), including space and punctuation *

Line two and three announce the event. This will be the largest font used on the ticket.
Line Two: no more than 20 characters including space and punctuation *
Line Three: no more than 20 characters including space and punctuation
The remaining lines of text list the date, time, location and 'no refunds or cancellations'.
 

Seating type & ticket prices

Please indicate if the show is general admission or reserved seating *
GENERAL ADMISSION : Please list the ticket prices any any discounted tickets you would like to offer - Adult, Children, Senior, Group etc.
RESERVED SEATING : Please list by price level (the various prices of tickets). This would include the different prices in each price level for Adult, Children, Senior, Group etc
Please upload any additional ticketing information such as zones, BOGO offers, packages discount codes, etc.
