Note: Presenting/rental organization must provide liability insurance certificate (at minimum $1 million per occurrence, $2 million aggregate) with Central Piedmont Community College named as an additional insured and letter proving not-for-profit status before contract may be executed. Central Piedmont may require additional insurance based on the size, scope and scale of your event.

Certificates of Insurance Must Indicate the Following
1. Central Piedmont Community College needs to be listed as the Additional Insured:

a. Central Piedmont Community College (Attach Additional Insured Endorsement evidencing coverage of Ongoing Operations and Completed Operations for the additional insured)

● Coverage must be primary and non-contributory above any other insurance Central Piedmont Community College may carry
● Waiver of Subrogation on all policies in favor of Central Piedmont Community College
● Make client's insurance primary

2. Central Piedmont Community College needs to be listed as the Certificate Holder

NOTE: FOOD AND BEVERAGES not allowed inside performance spaces. All receptions must be approved by the Director of Operations.
We have no capacity for seated dining at this time. Small bites and beverages at standing high boy tables only. No exceptions.

Up to 15 tables and linens may be rented from the college. If clients have a need for more than 15 tables (includes a combination of 6ft-8ft tables and highboy tables), they must be rented from a licensed and insured outside vendor.

The vendor will be required to provide insurance coverage.
