Presenting/rental organization must provide liability insurance certificate with CPCC named as an additional insured and letter proving not-for-profit status before contract may be executed.

| Stage Technician | $14.00 per hour, 4-hour minimum |
| House Manager (mandatory) | $18.00 per hour, 4-hour minimum |
| Ushers (must be arranged 1 week prior to event) | $12 per hour, 2-hour minimum |
| Box Office Fees (optional service) | $1.25 per ticket sold + $25.00 computer set up fee |
