Proxy Form
If you are unable to attend/cast your vote at a Senate meeting, print and complete a proxy form. The form enables you to assign your vote to a senator who will be in attendance/vote at the meeting. Ask this person to take your completed proxy form to the meeting and vote on your behalf.
