The purpose of this program is to provide a system of titles for faculty at Central Piedmont Community College. The program is intended to serve both the faculty and the College by encouraging continued professional growth and service to the College. Academic titles will not impact faculty status, salaries, workloads, or other contractual relationship with the College. This is strictly a voluntary process.
